Shipping & Delivery

We ship to every governorate in Egypt, cash on delivery. This is exactly how it works.

Confirmation before dispatch

• After you order we confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by phone. No order ships before it is confirmed.
• If we cannot reach you within 48 hours the order waits until we can. Nothing ships without your knowledge.

Courier and timing

• Shipping is by Bosta to all 27 Egyptian governorates.
• Cairo, Giza and Alexandria: usually 2 to 3 working days after confirmation.
• Other governorates: usually 3 to 5 working days after confirmation.
• These are estimates, not promises. Fridays and public holidays are not working days, and delays outside our control can happen.

Shipping cost

• The shipping cost is stated on every product page before you order: either included or a set amount. There are no hidden fees.
• The total shown on your order confirmation page is exactly what you pay the courier.

Delivery day

• The courier calls the number on your order. Keep your phone on.
• A wrong or unreachable number, or an incomplete address, sends the parcel back to us.
• You may inspect the product in front of the courier before paying. If you do not want it, refuse it and pay nothing.

Tracking

Keep your order number (it starts with SQ). Message it to us on WhatsApp and we will tell you where the parcel is.
